List of Accepted Insurances Plans

Many insurance plans accepted, including Aetna, 1199, POMCO, Tricare North Region, CIGNA, Magnacare and affiliates Medicare FFS and Medicare advantage plans, as well as the local managed NYS Medicaid plans. FFS "straight" Medicaid not accepted for new patients.

For United Healthcare, Oxford, all Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans, and those using Value Options for carve out mental health (e.g. NYS Empire Plan, *Emblem Health [HIP+GHI]), we will provide a superbill each visit to assist you in obtaining reimbursement.

*NOTE: If you have an Emblem Health HIP commercial or Medicaid plan, AND have a Montefiore-affiliated primary care provider (PCP), we will then be IN network via University Behavioral Associates, Montefiore's own behavioral managed care insurance company. GHI is still OUT of network regardless of PCP affiliation.
